Refunds are offered should the item be damaged and photographic evidence be provided. Evidence must be provided within 7 days of delivery. Within 14 days an exchange may be available, the item must be unused and returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A replacement for an incorrect item is available within 14 days of receipt of the item.
